Our Purpose   

To advocate for and connect with kaimahi Māori across the addiction, social care, and wider health sector so they can lead solutions that improve outcomes for whānau and hapori Māori. 

Our Values 

Manaakitanga: Ensuring care, respect, and reciprocity in all interactions and decision-making processes.    

Rangatiratanga: Upholding self-determination and leadership within the Māori workforce.  

Whanaungatanga: Strengthening relationships and fostering unity among kaimahi Māori and stakeholders.    

Kaitiakitanga: Acting as guardians of the workforce within the peak body and their solutions.

Who we represent    

Te Mana Pūtahi is the collective voice of kaimahi Māori within the health, social care and addiction sectors. We represent and support the workforce who serve whānau and communities across Aotearoa.
